Frank M Lombard, and official at Duke University, has been accused of trying to pimp off his 5 year old adopted son for sex on the internet. He has been arrested and apprehended at his home which is in Durham, NC. Frank M lombard is the associate director of Duke University’s health association. Not moral health then. The 2 children living with Frank M Lombard have been rescued by NC social services.
Lombard was caught in a police internet chatroom setup. He boasted to the undercover officer of sexual acts with minors including his adopted son, and offered his 5 year old adopted son for sex.
Lombard admitted to drugging the child, using medication for allergy, and that his partner is unaware of the abuse going on. Frank M Lombard could face up to 20 years in jail for his misdemeanours. He will not keep his post at Duke.
