Nathan Myhrvold

Nathan Myhrvold, former Microsoft technical director and author of one of the most entertaining talks at TED, proposes the use proposed hydrogen sulfide as “umbrella” to alleviate global warming creating a narrow layer of sulfur to reduce solar radiation.
As surely as the increase of CO2 in the atmosphere perhaps irreversible. So in addition to reducing emissions maybe someone has to act.
This is a proposal that seems reasonable, but I lack knowledge to evaluate it. I can only welcome the idea.

Nathan Myhrvold talks about his latest fascinations – animal photography, archeology, barbecues, and generally being an eccentric genius multimillionaire. Listen up wild stories from the (somewhat daring) limit the animal world.
