NASA has reduced the price for their old space shuttle, from 42 million to 28.8 million U.S. dollars (20 million euros).
The sale begins when the space shuttles will be decommissioned with such illustrious names such as “Atlantis” or “Endeavor” in the fall. The “Discovery” has been promised to the National Air and Space Museum of the Smithsonian Institute.
Museums or others who are interested in the other spacecraft, and can not wait until the shipping date of 19th February are free now to have the main engines of the shuttle and other accessories – but prospective owners must pay for the shipping.
